Top 5 Wednesday #4: Most Recent Additions To My Wishlist

Top 5 Wednesday is a weekly meme created by Lainey from Ginger Reads Lainey and is now hosted by Samantha from Thoughts on Tomes. You can also check out the Goodreads group.

This weeks topic is “Most Recent Additions to Your Wishlist” or “Books you are dying to get your hands on for your collection”. So here are my picks:

1. The Complete Sherlock Holmes: All 4 Novels and 56 Short Stories

I would love to own this complete collection of the Sherlock Holmes series and hopefully I soon will. It has two volumes that are mass market paperbacks published by RHUS. It contains the four novels- The Valley of Fear, The Hound of the Baskervilles, The Sign of Four and A Study in Scarlet and the 56 stories in their respective collections: the Memoirs of Sherlock Holmes, The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes, the Return of Sherlock Holmes, the Case-Book of Sherlock Holmes and His Last Bow.

2. Harry Potter and the Cursed Child – Parts I & II (Special Rehearsal Edition)

One of the most anticipated releases of this year is the official eighth installment in the Harry Potter series. I’m not sure how this book will turn out to be for me but nevertheless, I would like to own it.

3. P.S. I Like You by Kasie West

Kasie West is one of my favorite YA contemporary authors. I don”t own any of her books previously published. I’m really looking for forward to reading this book when it comes out later this month.

4. The Hammer of Thor (Magnus Chase and the Gods of Asgard: Book 2) by Rick Riordan

The second book in the Magnus Chase series that comes out in October! I really liked the first book The Sword of Summer and can’t wait to read this one!

5. The Graveyard Book by Neil Gaiman

Ever since I read Coraline, I have been interested in Neil Gaiman’s books and his writing. I really want to own this illustrated edition of The Graveyard Book.

Hope you enjoyed this post! Let me know your picks or leave a link to your post down below.

  1. Ugh. I need the HP book out now, this week. I don’t think I can wait any longer.

And I still have to read the first Magnus Chase book, but pretty sure I’ll be getting the second soon lol.

  2. What a great topic! I have volume I of the Sherlock Holmes set, personally I find the dimensions of the book hard on the wrists.. but it could just be in the way you hold it, I guess. I loved The Graveyard Book, but I didn’t know there was an illustrated version. It looks appropriately spooky 🙂
